Show us the driveway first
On the video check, send us the entrance and the street in front of the house as well. If the big lorry cannot get in, we come with two smaller vehicles — better known beforehand than on Zügeltag (moving day).

Cellar and Estrich (attic)
In houses and apartment blocks there is almost always a cellar or an Estrich on top of the flat. The calculator has a tick box for it; it adds half an hour to the time we budget.

Our most common route. About 18 km, so three kilometres over the flat rate — itemised on the quote at CHF 2.00 per kilometre.
