Yes, but it isn't in the hourly rate: taking beds, wardrobes, tables and shelves apart and putting them back up costs a flat CHF 155 on top of the move. Kitchens, fitted wardrobes and heavy systems we look at beforehand — they take considerably more time, and sometimes we turn them down honestly. Without a move we charge from CHF 80 per fitter-hour, minimum two hours.

A two-door wardrobe takes around 1.5 hours, a three-door or bigger one about 2.5. A bed with a slatted base is done in 45 minutes, a shelf unit in 25. Send us your list of items and you get the time and the price up front, before you commit to anything.

Yes. For concrete walls we charge a flat CHF 35 — and the hammer drill and the right wall plugs come with it. In older buildings where the wall build-up is unclear, we check where the pipes and cables run before we drill the first hole.

Then we build as far as it goes and you order the missing fitting. We come a second time for the rest — only the actual time is charged, no second travel fee. The manufacturer made the mistake, not you.

Yes; the minimum job is two hours plus travel, so from CHF 210. For a single TV bracket that's a lot of money — so we use the time for everything else that's standing around: the shelf unit, the wobbly wardrobe door, the anti-tip fixing in the children's room. Collect up what needs doing and the visit pays off.

Of course. Brand and origin make no difference: IKEA, Micasa, Pfister, ordered online or bought second-hand. Without instructions too — with second-hand furniture they're almost always missing, and most systems work on the same logic.
