Honest answers, even when they cost us money. Anything that isn't here, we'll answer in two minutes on the phone.
Is it worth calling for a single piece of furniture?
Yes, that's exactly what transport from CHF 155 is for. A second-hand sofa, a washing machine, three boxes into the new cellar: we collect it, carry it up and put it where it belongs. For the big moving firms a job like that is too small — not for us.
How quickly do you reply?
The same working day, usually within a few hours. If nobody picks up the phone, we're carrying something — write on WhatsApp, we read that on the break.
Can I send photos instead of describing everything?
Please do. One video per room, don't forget the cellar, plus the floor and whether there's a lift. That usually turns the guide figure into a fixed price without a viewing.
Does the quote cost anything?
No. Neither the quote nor the viewing, on site or by video. Not even if nothing comes of it.
What do you need for a binding quote?
Both addresses with the floor and whether there's a lift, the rough size or a list of the things, your preferred date and a few photos. Five minutes' work for you, and in return a number that holds.
Do you drive outside Zürich as well?
Our core area is Zürich, Uster, Winterthur and roughly 40 kilometres around them — there the kilometres are in the price. For bigger jobs we drive anywhere in Switzerland, and then we add the travel openly.
